I'm Jacinda, one half of Run Recruitment.
I grew up in Mount Isa, so mining has always been part of my world. My family has strong ties to the industry, my partner works in mining, and today I'm raising my own family in Mackay.
Professionally, I've recruited across mining, renewable energy and a broad range of roles, giving me a pretty good understanding of what employers and recruiters are actually looking for when a resume lands in front of them.
I'm particularly passionate about the renewable energy sector and helping people find opportunities in industries they may never have considered before.

I'm Bec, the other half of Run Recruitment.
I've worked across recruitment in mining, renewable energy and a mix of professional roles including administration, finance and engineering.
But mining has always felt particularly familiar.
Growing up in a small town in Central Queensland, it was an industry I understood long before I started recruiting for it. These days, my partner works FIFO in the mines too, so I understand the industry from both the recruitment side and the family side.
One of my favourite parts of recruitment has always been helping people get their foot in the door. I also love working with experienced people who know they're good at what they do, but haven't had to write a resume in years and have no idea how to sell that experience on paper.
